Game Changer!
I’ve enjoyed canning for years but it’s always bothered me that so many recipes are packed with refined sugar- this book has changed the way I think about preserving seasonal food and I feel great about sharing more healthy options with my family and friends

Sometimes you just need sugar
Some recipes don’t work. For instance the peach vanilla jam recipe lacked sweetness. I added a cup of sugar and it tasted fine after that.

I'm so excited to find a canning book with natural sweeteners!! Every recipe looks great. I would have liked if the recipe directions were also given for larger than half-pint quantities, but i'll just adapt that.
