OThread & Co.Women's Crop Tops Basic Stretchy Scoop Neck 3/4 Sleeve T-Shirt

This soft, comfortable black shirt was exactly what I had been looking for (minus the crop length). I had looked extensively on the World Wide Web trying to find 1) a clingy black shirt for a bottom layer that would not add extra bulk underneath top layer clothes; 2) a shirt that had three quarter length sleeves, ideally, or long sleeves as my second choice; and 3) a shirt that was made of thin, not warm, material as I live in a hot climate most of the year. My purpose in needing this kind of a shirt is to hide wrinkly "old lady" arms with sleeveless or cap sleeve dresses (especially because I have lost a lot of weight over the last year and my aging skin didn't snap back into place).I looked at bodysuits, but they almost all had uncomfortable thong bottoms. I looked at leotards that dancers wear, but they did not come with crotch snaps for easy bathroom access.I was quite stumped and was beginning to think I would buy a dancer's leotard and cut off the bottom when I stumbled across these shirts by O' Thread, both in the 3/4 length sleeve as a crop shirt, and also in full length sleeves as a long, tunic length shirt.I have not laundered this shirt yet, so can't comment there. I will be line drying (and machine washing in cold water). The shirt is a bit wrinkled from having been mailed, but wrinkles on black fabric hardly show and, of course, I am only using the shirt for a bottom layer. If I were wearing this shirt as a top layer, I probably would give it a quick ironing first.As to size, I am 5' 7", 116 lbs., and wear an "A" cup bra and "Large" in shirts. The "Large" fits just right -- certainly not baggy -- and also not too snug as a bottom layer (although I wouldn't want it any snugger in the chest area).I also ordered the tunic length of O' Thread shirts in "Extra Large", and would wear that size as a top layer as it's not as skin tight. However, the cropped length O'Thread shirts do not come in "Extra Large".5 stars!Mrs. Bob.T.

I am 5'4" and 130 pounds. I ordered the medium in white. It's a little more skin tight than I really wanted, but not uncomfortably so. It ends just above my belly button. I got it to wear with high waisted skirts and a belt. It kind of rides up in the back when I sit down, but the belt still covers the patch of skin that would be exposed.The white is super sheer. I had to put a tank top underneath it and even then, you can still see the outline of my bra. I think I might reorder a different color in a larger size and see how it works. The material is super soft and feels good on the skin.

I bought some of these years ago. They shrunk and I grew and I needed some more. These are made of better material. I don't think they will shrink very easily. They are very comfortable to wear. I'm 67 and have old lady arms. Im not overweight but I just don't like to show my arms. I have a whole new wardrobe because of getting these and now wearing clothes that I have quit wearing. I bought every color and in black and white I had to order and extra just to make sure they weren't in the wash when I needed them.

I wear this as a layering piece only. It does run small, but as a layering piece that's not a problem. If I were wearing this as a regular top ... scratch that, I do not wear crop tops. If this were a regular length top and I were wearing it on its own, I would have ordered a large. It held up in the wash, and I did try it one time, but the next time I let it air dry. It is not super well-made and the material is thin, it's actually perfect that way for what I want it for. I have psoriasis and sometimes feel self-conscious about it so I put this on under a sleeveless sheath dress or top. The outbreaks are usually more common in winter, so this has the added bonus of keeping me a bit warmer. However, if I have a rare outbreak in warmer weather and still don't want to expose my arms, this does not make me feel overheated. I would order more of these. I see that this company also makes regular length shirts and I might order some of those because they're extremely comfortable.

This top fits just how I had hoped. Hits right at my natural waist (I ordered the small - my shoulder to waist measurement is appx 15.75"). Great top for wearing with high-waisted skirts or pants. I have bigger arms, and the sleeves are very comfortable.

I live in a cool climate and am always cold. I don’t want to wear a jacket 24/7 so I’ve tried to find ways to layer. Tank tops can be ok but they also create more bulk around the waist - something I’ve been working hard at eliminating! Enter this show stopper. It’s skin tight and silky so every fits over it perfectly. The cropped length means your jeans aren’t too tight from tucking in multiple layers and it doesn’t take an extra 5 minutes to use the restroom and get everything re-tucked smoothly. And the scoop neck is high enough to be modest even if your busty but low enough that you’re not feeling strangled or like you’d fit in at a convent. Frankly it’s the perfect base layer and after wearing this 5 times in the last 2 weeks I got tired of hand washing it every couple of days and went and ordered 3 more! I should probably just buy another 4-5 so when the new ones become old and this company isn’t making them anymore I still have some! I bought my usual size and it was skin tight - perfect for layering. If you want a more relaxed fit I’d consider sizing up one size.
