The media could not be loaded.  I have tested this out, I bought it twice to see if it worked, and I think Microsoft did some update and the YCC 4.2.2 plays an important role. Basically what happens is when I put games on the screen goes to 1080p during the game, or worse, it looks really shabby quality, then I go to the xbox settings video and set the YCC 4.2.2 off then the game's visuals play fine, but when I switch games the video mode goes back to shabby quality, then I go back to settings switch YCC 4.2.2 to the opposite of what it currently is off or on, I do the opposite untick or tick, then go back to game and the game is fine again, until I switch games. Then it's the same problem all over again.Now another problem is the monitor occasionally blacks out the screen, and then comes back again after a few seconds, can't play like this, it's really stupid, I contacted Microsoft and they told me the monitor isn't true 4k this is why it keeps flickering in and out of game mode. Using 4k cable as well directly plugged into the Xbox series X and tested multiple cables, still the same problem.Whist it's okay running 1080p and mobile phone works on it fine, this is because neither one is using 4k video mode. It does have the capabilities of a 4k, but the screen or mode inside the monitor doesn't seem to be able to work with 4k video devices like Xbox Series X. I should think the same will happen with the ps5, but I do not have a ps5 to test this out on.Further more I contacted the engineers of the monitor, and took them some weeks but they said that it worked fine for them on the xbox. So not very good help because they lied to me, I went and bought another one of this and sent the old one back thinking it was broke. I've got nothing but regrets with this monitor.The funny thing is, I could of swore it worked ok for a while the 1st time I bought it, that might of been a fluke, but then it just gave me this blue screen on the monitor one time saying out of sync, then it keeps going off and on.This monitor only works right with a 1080p device, I had no issues running a Nintendo Switch on it, just when it hit a 4k device it has problems. So really this is a false statement saying it's 4k but not a true 4k if the internals can't handle 4k with 4k gaming consoles.It is average for me as a gamer 2 stars, but if you use it just for mobile phones 3 stars, it is touch screen, although the touch screen isn't accurate, I had trouble adjusting the settings of the monitor, it can do OD and free sync, OD is called overdrive, prevents ghosting or motion blur in fast moving images, and free sync is the refresh rate of a display with the framerate of free sync compatible graphics cards, reducing or eliminating visual artifacts that people maybe sensitive to input latencym, screen tearing, and stuttering during gaming and video playback.These modes didn't seem to work with the Xbox during games didn't notice a difference with them on or off. The last thing I want to mention is if getting this monitor it's not that bad, but I'd recommend using Amazon prime because sending my first one back to the seller was a fiasco and a half.The best thing about this monitor was the screen was decent for mobile phone connection, but it wasn't 4k because my mobile limitations. Another reason for my review was customer service with manufacturer/seller was terrible, but Amazon are the best.P.SI'm still contemplating sending this back for refund, need to ask myself do I really want to use it just for 1080p, when there are others that are half the price for 1080p with larger screen, or just pay a bit more money and get a gaming monitor that is 120hz as this monitor UPERFECT 14 inch is only 60hz.-Update-I've decided to send it all back, not worth it, for games consoles it deserves a 1 star, for mobile phones 3 stars, but just get off Amazon if you want to save yourself seller hassle trust me, it was a headache.There is something else this monitor I believe goes out of sync because it's 1800p or less than 2160p that is why it's not a true 4k monitor, I would of kept it if it was 200 quid. This product should not cost over 200 quid, it should not be advertised as a true 4k resolution. It will work ok for anything that is 1080p and upto 2k.==================================New -Final Update-It seems I was a bit too harsh to judge this one, I was coming to conclusions based on what Microsoft said to me, because I have a monitor from kumk after sending this uperfect back I decided to test it out on kumk, which is similar to this in almost every way except it's not touch screen, and is a little lower resolution than uperfect. Anyways, the reality is, the kumk monitor I tested out, and has given me the same results on series x as uperfect monitor, which can only mean one thing, Microsoft series X is lying to me, and it has done some kind of update which blew something in my series X video settings and that is the cause of the issue, shame on your Microsoft for auto updating. Or rather my own fault for not manually updating.As for this touch screen, when I used it, it was actually perfect for ps4, ps3, Nintendo switch, mobile phone, and is the only one on the market right now that can do touch screen at high resolution, touch screen may take a little to get used to as it's sensitive, but i remember this monitor being perfect in everyway that I needed it for, until I judged it based on a broken Xbox series X.So it's my duty to be honest here and re-rate up to 4/5 personal and 5/5 general For my xbox it still works, I just need to set YCC4.2.2 in the options on and off all the time per game, but in all fairness this product never did state it works with series x or ps5, and seeing as how others have got it working on ps5 I should think the problem is only my own hardware being faulty when connected to this.Sorry for any misconception above, but have to admit my mistake as tested 2 of these out and should have realised the problem was the xbox sx itself and not this monitor. Which means as far as I know it is 4k, only my console is broke so that's why I came to the conclusion it wasn't 4k.In that case this monitor deserves a 5by5 for display some really good display and colours from my mobile phone, and being touchscreen makes it perfect for treadmill, which is what i originally got it for anyway.If you do get this, I'd recommend getting a soft internal 14-15 inch laptop/monitor case as it doesn't come with any cases to travel and store it away with, I also think that the usb to usb cables are rather short, so you would need a longer usb to usb cable, a longer mini hdmi to hdmi cable as well this is 4k hdmi 2.1 but you can get long 4k-8k mini hdmi 2.1 now that is backwards compatible.Currently the cables it comes with are about 0.5 to 1M long each, give or take it's not that long, and in all respect I want to give this a 4.5 rating personally, as it is a great touchsceeen monitor that has a glass shield, and I fell in love with when I first used it, but I lacked the knowledge about Xbox series X at the time, and through my own fault I rated lower, this actually deserves a 5/5 albeit to honor my bad with the Xbox fiasco mixup.Now all that's left is for me to speak with Microsoft about the series X, if I can get it working with KUMK monitor I can get it working with this portable monitor too, which means I'll most likely need to send my console back to Microsoft.The customer service and engineers of this uperfect monitor redeemed themselves with me, and now just waiting for Amazon to refund me for my last return.

I live the size of this monitor- it’s the largest you can get without losing the portable aspect. It is light weight and easy to carry but if carry on a plane etc I would recommend getting a carrying case with strap. But the real selling point is that the visuals and clarity of this monitor punch way above the price tag. It exceeded my expectations and competes with more well known brands which are more than double the price of this monitor. This was the perfect solution for me as an at home second screen and a second screen to take with me when I travel or remote work. I highly recommend for the size and quality- I really won the lottery with this purchase

The 1440p picture via USB-C connection is excellent. Not tried the other connection options yet so can't comment on those. I carry the monitor around in my backpack with my Macbook and my Windows laptop. It is thin and light. Works equally well with both systems. It is very useful for working in coffee shops, at the ice rink (my son is a skater so spend a lot of time sitting there, working) and even on those occasions when I got to the office as the 1080p monitors there are rubbish.Not really played with the settings much as the picture is just fine out of the box. It really is plug and play.The stand/cover is a tad limiting with only two angles: almost vertical and about 45 degrees. However, I'm pretty happy with the almost vertical setting. It would be nice to have a couple of extra angles available though.Only the whole. I'm really pleased with this purchase. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this screen for 2 main reasons. 1 for connecting my Nintendo switch and 2 for connecting my Samsung Phone.I absolutely love how this screen looks. The small backplate folds down to act as a stand which you can adjust to an angle you desire. This base also has the ports you need for power and connecting you device like phone or gaming console.I have connected my Nintendo switch to make gaming on the go a little better. The switch on this bigger screen is amazing and works so well, even the built in speakers work very well.Connecting it to my phone allows me to make use of Samsung Dex to make my phone experience so much better on this larger touch screen display. I can now play movies on this beautiful display while at work and so just need my phone and this display. For power I connect to a power bank but you can also connect to the mains with the included plug and power cable.The display is crisp and clear and movies look amazing on it.Overall I am absolutely delighted with this display and it looks beautiful. This UPERFECT 17.3 inches Monitor is very lightweight and slim, easy to carry with you and easy to use. The magnetic cover is a nice touch, well made and keeps the monitor well secured.However, I am too fond of picture quality; the picture quality is very dull, and I can not increase the colour for my liking. Also, the sound quality is inferior; there is no bass or treble.My other grip is that I find the viewing angle is inferior. It has to be straight in front of me; otherwise, I can't see anything on the screen.Overall, as lovely as this is, the design is excellent. I think it's Okay as a dual monitor if you want to use word, excel etc., for work.However, I do not recommend this to play games, stream movies, watch prime videos, or youtube.I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

Absolutely awful - so reflective, like a mirror. Can only be used in a dark room. The colour, sharpness and contrast are equally as awful.
