Good sturdy chair but if you bring the back support too far forward when adjusting it comes completely off. A little bit of a hassle to get it locked back in

The shipper at first was unable to assist me with the missing leg, but they took the time to look into my problem, with out the leg the chair is useless, and through much research, on their part, they were able to retrieve the missing leg from the manufacturer. The shipper stayed in communication with me through the complete process as to the status of the shipment etc. I am so impressed with this shipper, its just a leg you may say why all of the fuss, all the fuss is to be sure the product purchased is complete. Instead of giving incredible customer service this shipper should give instructions as to what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT - the customer and they truly went above and beyond. I could write a book as to how impressed I am with my satisfaction on my recent lounge chair purchase. HIGH FIVE!!!!

Once I added a pad the comfort level was perfect! Love this chaise.

A little less comfortable than the wicker style, but so much more practical and easier to keep clean. Good value for the money.

UPDATE: After my review below was posted, I received a message from BLUU Customer Service rep named Daniel within 24 hours. He did a terrific job of handling my concerns and understanding what type of resolution I was seeking to satisfy this situation.After trading messages with Daniel, I put together the 2nd chair I had purchased rather than returning it to BLUU. We still had issues with the legs not fitting properly but was able to get them into the slots.PRO TIP: Place all 6 legs in the freezer for 30 minutes. Take out one leg at a time and use a hairdryer to heat up the slot on back of chair then carefully insert leg and press down from center on all four corners.The chairs look fine and are fairly comfortable when using our Sunbrella lounger cushions.Overall rating of a 4 - Customer Service gets a 5 and BLUU Lounge Chairs get a 3I ordered 2 lounge chairs on separate Lightning Deals and finally had time to open box and try to put them together. On chair 1, three out of six legs were incorrectly molded and misshapen so would not go into slot. Had to put legs in freezer and use hairdryer on base to get them into slots after much wiggling and angling - way too much effort was needed. Other 3 legs required some tapping with rubber mallet but able to get them in without much damage but plastic turned white.Leery about what I would find when I opened box with the chair I ordered under 2nd lightning deal. I was not happy to see that the base piece that the back rest slides into had cracked and broken slat.Very disappointed and now I am deciding whether to return the chairs. Pulling the first one apart would be difficult and then having to repackage both chairs and get them to UPS for pickup would be a hassle that would just waste more of my time.Bottom line is the shoddy manufacturing process and lack of attention to detail is irritating to say the least. It is now clear why these chairs have been lightning deals 3 weeks in a row - sales are not going well and BLUU is trying to unload these chairs to unsuspecting customers. Very disappointed customer.

We bought 2 of these chairs paired with a nice cushion. The are very comfortable and look nice on our back deck. The are indeed sturdy enough for a 220lbs man and his 80lbs puppy.

Bought a pair for under 200. Delivery took a couple of weeks. They were very easy to assemble, just insert the legs into the base. No screws or bolts needed which was nice. I'm thinking it should last a long time, chairs with any sort of metal in them always rust over time. These have no metal parts so I'm hopeful it will last a while.

Chaise is easy to assemble per instructions, but the legs are really hard to push in all the way. I had to stand on top of each leg area to get them inserted all the way. Pounding on them did not seem to work. Also, the chaise is not comfortable without using a cushion. That's why the 4 stars. But chaise looks great with the cushion I purchased. I highly recommend this chaise.

These are hollow plastic so it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the pictures. But I love them anyway! They’re still sturdy. They’ve been tested by someone weighing 240 lbs.So easy to assemble! I actually appreciate that they’re hollow plastic because they’re very easy to move around.
