During Covid I needed a way to work out at home and I ordered a set of resistance bands direct from a seller and they just never arrived. I waited almost 12 weeks before I finally gave up and ordered these bands from Amazon. Two days later these bands arrived along with the bands I had ordered 12 weeks prior. I got a chance to compare both orders and there was a huge difference.These bands from Amazon: have a heavy duty carabiner and each band is labeled with the strength of the band; 20lb, 50lb, etc.The bands from the other seller were flimsy, with no label and a small clip that does not seem like it will last. Also they cost almost twice as much as the Amazon bands.I recommend this product.

I recently received the product and I am generally satisfied but do have some issues. The equipment seems durable with the exception of the doorstop which seems a bit flimsy. After I have used the product for awhile I'll have a better idea as to its durability. I had an issue trying to register the product which involves scanning a QR code into Facebook which I could not get to work. I logged into their website and tried to activate the warranty. When I hit the submit button the response came back in Chinese. I don't read Chinese so I have no idea if it worked. They have a support function but you need to log in using your email address and a password. You can't log in because you can't get a password. There is no new user function. They don't specify an actual email address where you can write to them. They claim a lifetime warranty but that's useless if you can't get in touch with them. They have some videos but there is no sound and the labels are all in Chinese. The videos are about 5 seconds long and don't show anything. The only thing in English was the short instruction book with tiny font which I needed a magnifying glass to read. There are illustrations which help. I'm sure there are some videos on YouTube showing resistance band exercises. They claim to sell internationally but the site needs a drop-down giving you a choice of languages including English.

Update:I had damaged foam grips and couldn't figure out a way to contact the seller. Then they contacted me asking if I am satisfied with my purchase. I explained the issue to them and they sent me a whole new set! I really appreciate their customer service. I did tell them that i don't need the resistance bands because i am happy with it - just need the grips replaced. Since they can't send the grips separately, the new set was here two days later. I am very happy with this purchase.Our gym is closed during the pandemic and this is the perfect alternative. It's not an exact replacement for free weights but definitely great for home workouts.___OLD:The foam grips have "melted" marks and those diverts have no cushion. This is brand new - took it out of the box few minutes ago.

The bands feel lighter than the weight they say they are and unfortunately they not the quality I had hoped. I bought for my husband and he tried to use them. He ended up using his old bands stating that they were light and did not provide the tension he was looking for in heavy bands. I missed the cut off date to return them and they have been sitting in the corner ever since. I was so disappointed in the bands. I purchased some Torro bands recently and Im hoping they will be better.

Bought these resistant bands during the quarantine to stay fit. While I have dumbbells, these are great and allows one to work out different parts of the bodies without large machines. Another good thing is that there is also a variety of weights, so my fiancée is able to use it as well.They’re easy to use, the only thing is to make sure there is something sturdy in the house to hang these on.
