Shoyeido The Jewel Series Incense Sticks, Ruby-Strength 35ea

The scent is nice enough, not too musky for me. PAY ATTENTION TO THE DESCRIPTION - this is a very short stick of incense.

Been using this kind of incense in my restroom for many years, I learned the trick from the Bodhi Tree bookstore ages ago when it was in its heyday of the New Age. I keep about 10 different varieties on hand, and burn whichever quality -- Hope, Strength, Peace -- whatever I feel I need most at the moment, and burn that one, sending out the thought that my day will be imbued with that characteristic. It is also a much healthier alternative to commercial air freshener sprays. As far as I know, it's made from only natural ingredients, with no synthetic materials added in. All of the varieties are subtle, yet pleasant to the senses.

First, Amazon delivered my incense outside in the rainstorm and we know they come in cardboard containers, as well does the incense. Ugh.I love the Diamond scent in the Magnifiscents series and all of Shoyeido. The Avenues of the Villa are my favorite scent but the coils break easily and come in pieces, and they are def not cheap.The Ruby is ok. It's still original Shoyeido so it's still good but it and the Sapphire both smell quite pungent, not soft and strong like what I'm used to.Still worth trying

I like other scents from this brand much better. This one is too sweet for me. But it burns well as do all the incense sticks from this company.

I love this brand of incense. Although the Ruby scent, is just not my favorite. My absolute fave is the Emerald Green incense by Shoyeido. I will continue to buy this incense, although this is not my favorite scent.

I've been buying this incense since the 90s and I was so happy when I saw it on Amazon! My favorite incense ever, hands down.

Sweet smelling incense that isn't too smokey.
