Shampoo is nice. This company has good customer service too! I received a broken bottle of shampoo due to delivery and packaging and this company sent a new one right away!

This is a FABULOUS shampoo. I was one of those who thought there is no way I will EVER use an SLS FREE shampoo 100% of the time and never change it up because SLS shampoos clean better....right? Wrong. This shampoo changed my mind. Completely. Leaves your hair clean and the herbal smell is FABULOUS! It has already started thickening my hair. It leaves it very soft, but you do still need a conditioner. I haven’t tried this brand of conditioner yet but it’s on my list.I know not everything works for everyone, but anyone dumb enough to think “exfoliation” meant walnut shells is just plain crazy. That is not how you treat the scalp! Also, if it leaves your hair dry, use a conditioner. Duh. And if you’re used to fake Pantene and other shampoo chemical smells, yeah, you won’t like all the natural ingredients and the smell in this shampoo. For me? Bring it on!

I feel like the ascent is subtle and fresh. The shampoo softens the hair and with my fine hair type I feel like it actually gives less volume. The price is comparable with Aveda's Invati however I definitely feels more volume with Invati.

I have used this exfoliating shampoo in combination with other Intelligent Nutrient products for 5 years. It works MUCH better than other similarly priced exfoliating shampoos I've tried. I especially like that it isn't gritty and smells good. The best part is the way my scalp feels after each use of this product. I can tell that all the dead skin and styling product build up has been removed and my hair is ready to start over from a healthy place.The product is a fairly thin liquid with a pleasant fruity smell. I do not need much of the product to get the desired effect on my scalp. I do not feel it is a "moisturizing" shampoo. I wash my hair after using the product with a moisturizing shampoo and then use conditioner.

This shampoo lasts forever, just a small amount goes a long way and the lovely scent stays with you.

You must read about the life of Horst Rechelbacher on Wikipedia and his company "Intelligent Nutrients". I didn't have to read about his company to know how good this shampoo is. Yes it is $$$, BUT only small amts are needed for a wonderful lather that will clean your hair totally: plus the bottle has a special cap that, will literally allow you to drop small dots onto your scalp before lathering. Interesting It actually smells like the shampoo an Aveda Salon I use to frequent used and promoted as an Aveda shampoo. Who knows, but it sure doesn't cost what they charge. Read the Wikipedia article about his life and his company products. I've finally found the shampoo that works on my hair, plus. the scent is marvelous!!!!!

Expensive product that made my hair loss worse and now after giving it 30 days to try to adjust in hopes it would work, I am outside my return window and stuck with 3 products that I cannot use.
