Easy to take and works well to calm nerves etc..Taste..sugar coatedQuality 8/10I could not sleep at night. But its now brilliant at just one tablet. I used to take Kalm Night 50 in a bottle, but it was too expensive and I had run out of them so I tried these instead at just one at night. Brilliant and there's 200 in one bottle!!!

I suffer with anxiety which has got much worse during lockdown. I don't want to take medication unless it gets extremely bad as I am partly breastfeeding, so I find these help a little. I will only take them in the morning as I feed at night and I find they take the edge off. I'm not sure how much they would help taking them all the time but I find them useful for occasional use alongside my bach's rescue remedy. I've started drinking camomile tea as well which helps a little. I think they are worth a try if like me you want to avoid medication if possible.

These took a good hour to kick in but when they did, I was so relaxed I couldn’t be bothered to do anything, which was exactly the effect I was aiming for. I went to bed and had the best nights sleep I’d had in ages. I did remember my dreams a bit more but they weren’t nightmares like some reviews mentioned. I wasn’t groggy in the morning. If taking them in the day time I’d probably stick to one at a time or I’d not do any work. Not that I’d care, as they are really relaxing, but my boss might.

Not sure about these, they didn’t seem to do much after taking them every day for over a month, I guess I did feel a bit more calm but maybe that’s just a placebo effect?
