Yes , they are better gel soles than the ones on sale at sports direct as they are soles that you replace the old soles with , not floppy cut outs like the SD versions .

This one works
I had pain in the balls of my feet, in my heels and sometimes my toes at the point they attached to the balls of my feet.Bought one pair and tried them in my treadmill runners and after a week or two no pain.I have since put the same insoles in my walking shoes and my everyday work shoes.Beauty.

Not impressed with the quality of these. Would go back to Walmart brand.

Save your money
This reminds me of the fable "The Emperor and His New Clothes". If people say it works, it must work. An inexpensive pair of foam odor inhibitors works just as well for comfort. I see very little difference between wearing these and not wearing these.
