In general physical stores, I have been unable to find any Fish Oil suppliments that aren't lemon-flavored. I have attempted to take these - even the mini capsules - and have been physically unable to keep them down.While these capsules are bigger - slightly thinner and a bit longer than DayQuil gel capsules - to me they don't taste like anything. No fishy breath whatsoever, even if I burp. I have been taking Sundown Fish Oil softgels for years. I like that it promotes good heart health and at a very good price. No aftertaste, and even though it is a large "pill" I find it swallows easily with a glass of water.

The bottle safety seal was sealed well enough under the orange plastic cap, but the orange plastic cap that pops open wouldn't stay shut very well. Seems like the quality of plastic there went downhill a little bit.

My doctor wanted me to start taking this years ago. Glad I took his advice.

I need to get back on this.
