First time i got cheated on amazon as it was not even 3 feet as was mentioned on the covering.Secondly its not sticking even on a flat clean surface even after applying little heat.I want seller to open a fresh packet n measure it for yourself if u want to know its real length.Totally dosappointed and would like a refund as it was a straight faeard case of fraud by the seller and also gives a bad name n reputation to the Amazon, i hope amazon will look into the matter seriously.

I have been facing leakage issue from window. The window has a granite frame adjoining the sliding window mechanism and water was leaking from somewhere between the sliding window rail and granite platform possibly from the holes drilled to attach the window rails. Previously I have tried using mseal which was a bit messy to use and does not look good appearance wise, so I decided to try this product. So far I am happy with the performance and it was easy to apply and since color is black it does not look messy, it looks like part of window frame. Long term, it is always advisable to do structural repairs to prevent leakage so that it does not spread but this is a good temporary solution until that can be done.

Too much hype and false claims. The tape does not work as advertised. Not possible to stick if there is even a little water on the surface. Came off within 24 hours due to sunlight. Useful in very limited cases.

Quality, adhesion seems to be ok. For time being it is serving my requirement. But the length is just over 2.5feet which is not sufficient for any purpose.

This is only a mimic of real flex tape. Made in china product though the product pictures on amazon shows made in america. Adhesion goes off after few minutes of applying. Though claiming it will apply to wet surfaces, it failed to serve its purpose in my case. Very much disappointed.
