This item arrived on the last date before being offered a full refund. The item arrived vacuum sealed, when opened it felt very soft and it was almost the correct length, but I don’t see how it can be called a pillow as the width was only 10cm, not wide enough to be a pillow. Overall I was very disappointed in the item, however as it’s part of a Christmas present for my granddaughter, I knew that I wouldn’t get another one in time for Christmas, so just accepted it. Generally accepted item even though I was not happy with it.

There is more than one size I choose the small one even though my daughter wanted the bigger one didn’t find that out till after I received the cat. It’s so soft my daughter was over the moon did take a while to get here but worth the wait xx
