This number will be the same for all employees at a single locations. Please ensure you have the correct facility code. The start number is unique for each card and is simply the next serial number in your sequence. Please ensure this number is correct to prevent duplicate cards. Please note: you are responsible for tracking your proximity card start numbers and facility codes. We do not keep this information and it will be required each time you order proximity cards. Please ensure that you have the correct Facility Code and Start Number before ordering. Due to custom programming of proximity cards, we are unable to accept returns for these cards.
