This Book Should Be Required Reading!
Yes. Yes. YES!! How I wish I'd read this when I first started dating! Oh my. It would likely have saved me many years of heartache and frustration (my men as well). Thank you Kara! Such important information - what a wonderful exchange. The differences, the nuances, between men and women are sometimes subtle, sometimes obvious, and understanding them and navigating them makes ALL the difference. The 12 Secrets may seem obvious, yet if you're not implementing them you didn't grok them the first time around. READ IT. DO IT. The transformation is seemingly magical. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Worth its weight in gold.

Yes, Buy It!
I can tell you with confidence that this is a must read for women; even the ladies that currently have few to no problems in their relationships. A VERY helpful read for SINGLE ladies (such as myself) who want to avoid the SEEMINGLY inevitable in long-term relationships.CATION: At times, I felt like I was being advised to "rollover" and/or be submissive! I was like "No bleepin' way!", but quickly realized that was NOT the case. This book is empowering and makes you glad to be a women!FOR WOMEN WHO LIKE NOVELS! The lessons are told in a fun storie telling way (not drug out at all) and it is easy to relate to.

Must Read for every woman
I first read and applied this book to my life over seven years ago. With it, I received eleven marriage proposals (from seven different men), and was the happiest I had ever been. I married a wonderful, loving man. We have five children, and I plan on teaching my daughters about feminine grace. Any time we begin to have marital issues, or grow a bit distant I pick up this book again and repeat it. Practicing feminine grace 24/7 is a conscious effort, but so very gratifying.Every woman should read this book. It really shows us how powerful we are. We really do have all the control in our relationships, and when we use it the right way men love it! Everyone is happy!

A MUST read for all women
Please don't mistake this for the typical Women from Venus Men from Mars sort of thing. This is a deep dive into the psyche of men in a most innocuous way. In other words, a kid could understand it. Applied, this changed my relationship dramatically. When purchased for a friend, she ended up buying it for every woman in her family ranging from age 23 to 55. Even my gay friend found value in it for his spouse.

One of the best books I've read on the subject!
This is an excellent book, though it's delivery does tend to be a bit cheesy. It took awhile to get through the "this book will teach you...", "after reading this...." "what you'll learn in this book..." etc but its well worth the wait when you get to the actual material. I've read dozens of books on men, women, relationships, marriage, etc and I highly recommend this one. Kara Oh is a very knowledgable writer and this book is easy to read and gets to the point that men are people too and deserve just as much love and respect as we (women) 'require' they give to us. This is one of my new favorite books along with two others that I highly recommend: "The 5 love languages" and the Carlson's "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff in Love". They all teach you how to recognize your own contributions to your relationships and how your attitude and actions can greatly improve your situation and make everyone feel loved, as well as how to be happier in general. The key thing people tend to forget is that it's no one else's responsibility to make you happy and it's wrong to expect that your happiness is in the hands of your partner or anyone else other than yourself.I definitely suggest anyone interested in bettering themselves and their relationships whether you are single, dating, or married: BUY THIS BOOK!!!

changed my relationship!
I've read a lot of relationship books, but this one definitely works. I do have to tell you that you'll need to overlook the sorta cheesy girl group/convo pretext for the truly worthwhile concepts in the book. I always thought my man was "different" and that most books didn't apply to his life/lifestyle, but this book helped me see him differently, not merely as someone different. Read it, apply it truthfully (this will require some adjustment on your part), and watch what it can do for you. I've recommended this book to several friends, and it is currently out on loan with one of them.....geez I hope I get it back so I can re-read it as a refresher.

Excellent Advice!
This book has solid advice when it comes to dating men. I'm a man and can contest to this. The information shared in this book is really great advice including "why men crave intimacy more than woman" and "why men are driven to make women happy". Such a great read!

Good advice
It's written in a bit of an amusing way, with a story revolving around a group of women who are trying to better understand their male partners, but in amongst that are the chapters that cover the points that help you to understand the male psyche a bit more. I bought it because I'm an only child & haven't really grown up with any boys, so I had literally no idea how men functioned when it came to love & relationships. I have also read the 'Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus' book that has also helped. I think, amusement value aside, it's been a good & interesting read, & I have noticed that now I'm in a relationship, I am understanding more about my man & his little traits, including why he does certain things, why he reacts in certain ways, what I can & can't talk to him about (not can't as in secret-keeping, but can't in that he just won't be interested because he wants to find a solution to things), and also respecting his man-time & the man-cave. Kara Oh has got a good perspective from her studies & interviews with men, so I think she knows what she's talking about. I'd definitely recommend for anyone who wants to broaden their perspective on men or have a bit of a helping hand understanding them!

too much subservience for my liking
AN easy to read book essentially containing 12 secrets to allegedly nurture any relationship. Most of which in my opinion place the woman in a subservient position with far too much emphasis on 'keeping your man happy' resulting in an unbalanced dynamic in much favour of a man... lets just step back into the 1950s shall we? (see the review on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Men-Made-Easy-What-Want/product-reviews/0966787595/ref=cm_cr_pr_hist_2?ie=UTF8&filterBy=addTwoStar&showViewpoints=0 for full details)The concept of feminine grace speaks for itself and every woman that transmits confidence and being comfortable in their own sexuality will be attractive.Being newly single I thought this would help me get it right next time around, but quite frankly if this is what it takes then I'd rather stay single for the rest of my life!!! however after 20 years with a man I think I must have got a few things right.I should add that many of these American written books seem to contain cultural differences to what I believe are the British male's way of thinking. I've debated a few points with a male friend of mine who concurred.A waste of good money in my humble opinion.

Fantastic and easy to read book. Read it and decide for yourself.
I can't understand why anyone would not find this book useful unless they don't know themselves very well or realise that there IS nothing new. This book just puts it in a way that makes practical sense, especially if you feel you are a woman who would like to understand men better - or women for that matter. I felt it was about finding our true femininity and how strong that makes us feel whilst at the same time being so much more understanding of why men are the way they are and how we see them completely wrong a lot of the time. There is also a great little section at the back for men to read and I like the fact that this book is not something that you would want to hide from your partner like a dirty secret (despite the title looking like it could be!). Personally I keep it in my bedside table to dip into to remind me to use this information often! I would say it's one of the best books I have and I have a LOT. :) I suggest you give it a go and decide for yourself.

Good, But Too Much Fairy Tale Bumf...
This is actually an informative book that can change the way you look at and, deal with men.The book is laid out in steps, whilst the author is trying to give scenarios of how each step may apply to different women and their male counterparts, the `enchanted forest' bumf was a little much for me.Luckily the actual point being made is separated into a more informative and logical format in each step allowing you to skip the rather annoying fairy tale crap.Otherwise, a very helpful book!

Wanted this as a gift it would not let me purchase that way
I wanted to purchase this for a friend not myself and it will not let me gift it to her, very disappointed and can’t return as it’s an online book purchase not a paper back.

difficult to say..
Perhaps men work that way, but it's a troglodyte approach to both genders, i'm afraid - both as a woman and a man - i find it a bi trite and patronising at the same time - is THAT how EASY men really are - half pigs half machines? well, no thanks then - no need to get to know them further for me.. at the same time it's difficult to deny that's how they "operate" most of the time - so make your pick ladies! i think i'll stick to cats - i like a bit of personality in my man.
