I'm happy to find this is more of a nice light fruity plume flavor then Prune.It's deliciously sweet but not over the top. = Stevia.The instructions say to mix a stick in 8 oz hot water.(doesn't say when, but I'm assuming in the evening)I mixed with cold water instead and found it still mixed well.However, if it's left to sit a while the small amount of psyllium starts to slightly gelin the bottom of the glass, but it's not too bad to drink.Just received this so only used this one time (last night)but found it to be effective this AM and am relieved it's effectivenesswas normal and didn't make it urgent to get to the bathroom.This is only one day and I'm hoping it doesn't build in my gutas to turn on me an become urgent.So far it's as they said = 'overnight relief' and it's easy on my systemwith no issues on a delicate tummy.> I'll update if any changes.This product like others from FuXon are vague in info and instructions.But the ingredients seem to all be a health benefit - photoMy only issue so far is the price, which is why 4 starsThey also included a gift of a 'coppware' face mask which I'm curious to try.

Impressive! If you have previously turned to teas to help cleanse, you might find that Prunex works similarly but with more powerful results. In both cases, taking the tea/beverage in the evening before bed typically produces results the next morning. With Prunex, the results are a little less gentle, producing a little more cramping, which goes along with a better cleanse. If you are looking for something gentle, Prunex is probably not the right choice.As for preparation, it doesn't mix easily. Mixing with hot water is problematic, and drinking it hot isn't pleasant. It tends to float in globs. Still, I prefer the smoother fruity flavor achieved from stirring the powder into hot water. I have found stirring it very thoroughly in just a little boiling water following by stirring cold water into it makes it easier to go down. The taste itself is pleasant, it is just a matter of getting it to mix well.

This has all of the right stuff in it, plus it has a great apple-cinnamon flavor to go with that. It seems to work well enough when used at each meal and that's the reason for using it, isn't it.However, this is $70 for 28 sticks.Using this at the quasi-recommended rate of 1/2 to 1 stick per meal, i.e. 1/2 stick at breakfast and lunch and one stick at supper, this is PRICEY! At $150 a month, (2 sticks per day) I would expect it to at least do my laundry or make my coffee too!Perhaps if the actual results were more clear cut, I could give this a better rating, but like a lot of products, there are always a lot of variables in short term use (less than two months)If there is anyone out there who does wind up using this for a couple months, I would appreciate hearing how it works for you, long term. I'll keep an eye on this for reviews.
