HELPS me w/anxiety, helps me relax. start light and adjust as necessary. To; The person who said it smelled badly of dung. maybe you should wash your nose, this product has a very mild almost not there fragrance. iF TOU HAVE ANXIETY or can't relax, this is a nice product. I always try herbal before prescription drugs, but you always have to dig to find a treasure.

IT SMELLS LIKE DUNG SO BADLY THAT IT MUST BE JUST THAT! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!they will not accept returns and basically say " too bad for you. " They give NO WARNING of the DUNG smell .

Poor quality product and seller. NOT and "extract" or "10 to 1" compound as advertised.
The product contains no Kava Kava. The buyer represents it as having 10:1 potency. Perhaps s/he means 1:10. In any event, I'm quite familiar with good quality Kava and this is definitely not a good buy. Add to that the seller charges $7.00 for a "restocking fee" for returns. Avoid this product AND this seller !
