Awesome Tool , Rigid RP241 had some water pipes that developed pinholes and leaking around soldered area , with the Rp241 was able to repair myself and made the job very easy, would have been very difficult to solder due to location and fire hazards, Awesome Tool Highly recommend.....

Practical and useful tool!
Installation of a heat exchanger for my water heater.....as part of my new wood boiler heating system! Tight spots were a breeze for this tool!

When adjusted correctly, great tool.
Ordered the 1/2” and 3/4” tools. The 3/4” tool did not come pre-adjusted from the factory as indicated in the instructions. The Retaining Clip took a Trip to Never-Never land when making the adjustment to correctly crimp the PEX rings. Luckily I could use the clip on the 1/2” tool to continue the work on my pipes. Instruction and Website do not state the size clip that is required for replacement, ie..Standard or Metric. Be careful when adjusting the tool.
