This was well tolerated and seemed to do well. I sorta liked the dark amber glass bottle it came in. It gave the impression it was a quality product and stored in a good recepticle. And if you do try something else... keep the bottle, re-use it. It's a good container.

I would recommend this Bluebonnet magnesium. I change from another brand to this, and I would recommend. The price is also good compared to what I have been paying for it locally

I have only taken one dose and I already feel the difference. I was able to come home from work and think through all of my tasks. Usually I come home from work and I am useless. I can't wait to see what the coming days show me about a simple solution.

I trust the brand name so I used and finished the product over a period of time. Mainly used it help aid in decreasing the menopausal hot flashes as it was highly recommended but can’t honestly say it worked. However, I know that magnesium is essential for women; so I finished the pricy bottle and trust that it did my body good.

I have no complaints. I have read that this form of magnesium can assist in sleeping better. Maybe it’s just me “feeling” like it is making my sleep better after reading that article but I honestly do feel better in the morning when I wake up.

I take these every day. These are good supplements.
