The heat needed to season the pan exceeds the max heat rating recommended for my charcoal grill

es una plancha pesada y la utilizo sobre estufa electrica con muy buenos resultados. calienta rapido y su calor se esparce por completo. puedo usar otros utensilios como la cafetera encima de la plancha. uso un poquito de aceite y alimentos no se adhieren. grill cheese, grill veggies, huevos fritos de cualquier modo, pizzas caseras, tostadas, etc. facil de limpiar.

I already have a grill but was wanting to also have a griddle. I priced Blackstone grills and decided that not only did I not want to pay the price but I also didn’t want a second grill taking up room on my deck. This steel flat top griddle is exactly what I needed. It has all of the advantages of a Blackstone and I am able to have those advantages right on the grill that I already have. When I received my griddle I was SHOCKED at how very HEAVY and thick that it is. This griddle will out last my grill and probably me as well. It’s already been pre-seasoned so all I had to do is wipe it down with a wet rag, NO SOAP EVER!! I am pleased with how evenly it heats up. There are no cool spots once it heats up and even after the grill is shut off it stays hot for hours, so remember to give it plenty of time before handling it or you will burn yourself alive. The advantages to having this griddle is when I decide that I just want to use my grill as a regular grill all I have to do is remove the griddle off of the grate. You can’t do that with a Blackstone.

Despite the relatively high price, it extremity works well. Very heavy. Heats very well and has been easy to clean so far.

Love it, really gives a crisp crust to steaks. Heavy so it's hard to move around

This bad boy is heavy duty. It is about 25-30lbs like the way old school durable items were made with intention of lasting long.Used it and didn't get heat spots. I checked with my infrared gun. Happy with the purchase and makes grilling for multiple people a lot easier.

The 1/4” thick griddle is fantastic. Heat distribution is excellent with a two-burner grill. Cleaning is easy; just don’t use metal…. use plastic or a good quality sponge and warm water.
