Practice Makes Perfect: Spanish Pronouns and Prepositions, Premium Fourth Edition

I bought this after buying Spanish Verb Tenses (by the same company). This line of self-study books is easy to follow and has good exercises (with an answer key in the back). I never knew there were so many types of pronouns (I counted 12)! Also, por vs para is explained in very simple language. The info is succinct and well laid out. You couldn’t Google better information. Well worth the price!

I like the rules, explanations and the exercises. I've already been coming across a few typographical and grammatical errors. I like the book recommended by a tutor. I like the idea of the many practice exercises in the book. I would recommend it.

The book is fine, but the Kindle does not adjust the examples and diagrams, making them hard to read.

I first went through Dorothy Richmond's Spanish Verb Tenses workbook and it was so well done and thoughtful, that I looked for other Spanish workbooks specifically by her. I'm a quarter of the way through this one (Pronouns and Prepositions), and I was so impressed by the thoughtfulness of the explanations (concise but well communicated) and the exercises (thoughtfully crafted to make sure you work your new knowledge well) and the lack of typos and errors (I've done other Spanish workbooks where finding typos and mistakes is almost part of the learning process) that I was looking for a way to contact her directly and thank her for the quality of her workbooks. I couldn't a way, so I'm leaving this review. After I finish Pronouns and Prepositions, I will buy her Spanish Vocabulary book and work that one too. I went to Spain in November, and am heading to Perú with my oldest this June. (Voy a viajar a Perú con mi hijo mayor este junio!) Very high quality work, and very appreciated for a guy like me who has been learning Spanish on his own for the past 7 months.
