I bought this for midwives brew to get labor going and it worked. Contractions started within two hours and he was born four hours after that. I wouldn’t drink this tea for the flavor, personally, but it did the job I needed it to.

I love the flavor of this tea, which I drink without any sweeteners. I am a border insomniac and I can honestly say that it works great - but induces copious and frequent urination for about an hour after ingesting. I mean like 4-5 times in an hour! But for that, I bet it would put you to sleep within 30 minutes. Sleep is deep, restful, and refreshing. Unfortunately, I will not buy this again only because of the frequent urinating problem.

Excellent, EXCELLENT herbal tea. It works wonders for my wife. Tried it myself and it's not bad, either. Best: Unlike everything else we found out there, this is in tea bags, so there is no mess in making it.
