Ok, but smelly and orange!
I was so hopeful, having spent a good few hours comparing and researching online.I applied this four days ago now. The first day was very sticky. No matter how much I rubbed it in with my mitt, it felt tacky all day. To begin with, it smelled great - really different to the normal fake tan smell.By the end of the day, it smelt terrible. Worse than others. I showered and it made zero difference.Day 2, I showered and could still smell it. I tried moisturiser and it didn’t work. My arms were very dark and orange. I showered again in the evening and still smelt.Day 3 - even though I had rubbed it in a huge amount, I had the inevitable marks around the wrists. Elbows were ok, though. Smell still there. It’s now day 4 and the smell has gone. I'm still battling the orange marks around the feet and wrists, but they will tame in time. The orange is a little more balanced, so I’m hoping by my wedding in six days it’ll look more natural! Photo is of day 4 - so almost natural looking! My advice is to put hardly any on to begin with. It’s very very dark and stinky, so less is more and then build up!!

Brilliant
It you are pale and cant take the sun i highly recommend this its brilliant! I stay out of the sun as i easily burn and i don't want the harm and wrinkles the sun can give you so i tried this in ‘light’ it clear so i use a mit to apply it but its not totally necessary. Its not sticky or smelly and it leaves my skin feeling soft. It gives a natural tan glow after about 3 hours that gradually wears paler after about 4-5 days however you could reapply every 3 days i suppose for a continuous tan. I love it.

Best Buy ever!! I’ve used all sorts of tan and none have compared to this! I’m not kidding this doesn’t transfer!! I did my tan on a cream carpet and the only thing that tanned was ME!!!

With a bit of elbow grease does the job
Isle of Paradise tans are fab because they last but not fab because at a certain point they start to go patchy. Any tanned bits left when the other bits rub off are almost impossible to get off... tried my usual loofah and body scrub method that gives even removal for Skinnytan brand self tans but there was no budging the Isle of Paradise tan.Felt the only option was to purchase their own brand tan remover... not cheap and still no magic wand. The process of spraying this micella water mix was messy and left me dripping with the stuff, cold and uncomfortable.Allowed it to sink in somewhat but then had to scrub away for some time and still left patches.Probably won't use Isle of Paradise tans again as its too much of a faff and left my skin sore.To be honest best removal is still surgical spirit on cotton wool... amazingly it doesn't dry out or damage the skin as much as this removal water does.

Streaky beaky
Ah man. I got cocky, thinking I'd be fine, using a clear tanner with no guide colour. I even bought the kabuki brush to go with it, thinking that would solve any problems.Literally the streakiest, patchiest result I've ever had in my life. It was SO bad. I could have sworn I carefully got every single bit - but the result said otherwise!I also found it a bit sticky, so you have to go really light on the application and not use too much. Maybe that's where I went wrong. This smells biscuity when developing - especially the following morning. Just like any other fake tan.The colour itself was pretty good. The same as any other fake tan - a bit orange, but could easily be assumed to be natural.Next time, I'll stick to tanners that have a guide colour!
