The product arrived

While I've ordered this product in the past. This package arrived with 2 non-working remotes. I assumed it may have just been batteries but after changing them out for new ones those two still did not finction. Another remote has stopped working after being in use for only 3 months. I changed the battery as well and while the remote light is visible the remote does not work. I'm attempting to reset the main unit (which I feel I shouldn't have to) and then will reprogram all of my remotes again.

If I could, I would give Aleko and this project a ZERO!! We purchased this product in August 2018 to accompany our purchase of an ALEKO AC1400NOR Chain Driven Sliding Gate Opener. The gate opener broke in April 2019. As of today, Aleko had not resolved this issue.We provided Aleko with everything they asked for regarding including photos and video of the broken gate opener device. The calls even included one yesterday when we were held on the line for a total of about 1.5 hours without speaking to someone who could help resolve this issue.For months, we – including my 80-year-old mother -- have had to push an iron-rod fence manually. And, manually opening the gate put our family’s safety at risk because ANYONE could open the gate and walk into our yard and home.We believe Aleko may have been trying to drag out this issue until the warranty expired in August. But after three months, we were DONE dealing with Aleko. We contacted Amazon and they quickly resolved the issue with the gate opener device. Unfortunately, Amazon could not resolve the issue with these now useless Aleko remote openers!!!

Ordered this gate opener about a month ago. Came with two openers. We needed more and the opener was hell to install. Anyway, we ordered 5 more openers because one of the two that came with it did not work. Surprise!!So they delivered the two days later and not one of the new batch will program plus it erases the one that does work.I wish I had read more of the reviews before I bought this deal. I would have run backwards.

Although the seller is awesome and the remotes are brand new and completely functional, it is unfortunate that I have to keep replacing these remotes due to shoddy manufacturing. Sometimes I wonder if manufacturers even use their products. If there was a different remote that would work with my gate opener, I would have bought it instead. But I would definitely purchase from this seller again! Fast service and just as described.
