Perfect for knee problems
I had knee surgery several years ago and several other knee injuries. I love to work out but kneeling is hard on my knees. I opted for the thicker pad and I'm glad I did! This is great for those exercising with bad knees and comfortable even without knee issues. The thicker padding is the perfect cushion. Also works well for planks as it saves my elbow as well.

Comfortable Knee Support Pad
We use this in our home gym, mainly for the ab roller that puts a lot of pressure on your knee caps. We were previously using a rolled up towel, and this is sooooo much better. I could see multiple use cases for this, but it certainly works great for our needs. Highly recommended.
