"Research Methods in Criminal Justice and Criminology" by Callie Marie Rennison and Timothy Christopher Hart is, in my opinion, solid in presentation. The authors presented the variety of research methods while also covering a wide range of topics with clarity. Whether as a researcher or someone who has to read research reports, this book helps illuminate the process.There were a few minor quibbles in that a few graphics were a bit hard to read, but otherwise, the format of the chapters with its content, resources and a dedicated end section for summary and assignments/exercises, make the book a good candidate for classroom but also worthwhile as a reference book.
