Weight of balls is perfect! Simulates actual jump rope. Took some time to develope the exact rhythm, as you have to concentrate on spinning them both equally, but now it fees just as natural as actual jump rope.Highly recommend!

These are a great idea for jumping rope when you need something small. They aren’t weighted though. If you don’t want the extra weight these are for you.

I love these kind of jump rope. But this one only lasted 3days. Almost 20dollars and it wearing out in 3 days. I was hoping to get a few more miles out of it than that. However, the company has sent me a full refund right away as soon as they knew that I had a problem.

These are fun but I think one on the foam balls are slightly different weight or something because they don't move at the same pace, so that oe will go funny and you have to correct the swing on it. Not sure if it would be all sets or just my luck.

Added to my routine without worrying about tripping over the rope. Also packs lightly for travel.

Very nice quality weighted jump rope these are very lightweight very easy day is well worth the money I got this from my grandmother so she can build strength up in her hands she actually loves them because she know you’re gonna jump a rope so I thought this would be a great alternative for her highly recommend if anybody’s looking for a nice set of weighted jump rope‘s

The balls are much larger than I initially thought but they are as pictured. I have been using these in place of bod ropes and I feel the bod ropes might be easier to use considering the range of motion I need to have with these. Because the ball is bigger, you need to make larger motions in your wrists as forearms to be able to keep the ropes going. Otherwise they just kind of smack all over the place. I guess that’s a good thing because my forearms are on fire after. They don’t weigh much but keep going for 30-60 seconds and you will feel it. It takes some getting used to compared to a regular jump rope but this product does what it is intended for.

I absolutely love this product. It works wonderfully well, because it mimics skipping rope, but without having to worry about always hitting yourself with the rope. This device also works really well when your in a gym that is crowded. Or if you are someone with limited workout equipment doing 60 rotations between sets really works up a great sweat.This would also be a great product for someone who travels and doesn't wanna use the gym at a Hotel etc. but wants to remain active.As a student I also use this sometimes to just shake things up when I need a quick 5-minute break.

My wife bought this to replace one with a rope and much prefers this one. She doesn’t have to stop when she trips up and can skip faster. She also likes the slightly weighted balls which help exercise her arms.Unfortunately the ball broke off today 28th March 2024, so overall not as satisfied as originally!

Got these for Beachbody workouts. Well made for the price. Handles are a little on the short side, however.

Love the grip! Love the weight. Easy to use in a tight space. Easy to Pack!
