The media could not be loaded. I loved the product. In order to get the best backflow visual you have to set them up where there is hardly any air flow otherwise it just doesn't work that great. When using the tall one you need to have it over the smaller one because it does produce this sticky brown stuff that will go on wherever you set it up. It does wash clean easily. You want to clean it after several incense burns because it will start to clog the hole and will not flow well. But it does explain that some in the description which I expected it to happen. I absolutely love how much incense they give you and it smells pretty good. They are very generous with that.

Item came with a small chip at the bottom but you can't see it when using. The waterfall affect is nice but the scents could be a little stronger. Works better in a small space. All in all I like it.

Was super excited to give this as a gift. When I picked up the box I could hear that it was broken :( there are 2 ceramic pieces-base and “waterfall”, that had only a thin piece of styrofoam between that had basically been smooshed to pieces. The waterfall survived but the base did not. The only reason I’m rating so high is the ease and speed of getting a new one, and it really is a beautiful piece (if it wasn’t broken). Amazon is shipping before they receive this one back. I’ll have the new one tomorrow, in time for Christmas.

So, there were a lot of complaints about the backflow not working with a breeze in the room, and I found that to be true, however you need to remember that the "water" is smoke, which is very light, so that is more out of user ignorance than a problem with the design.Now, to the incense. I regularly use incense. My favorite company is HEM, which it's huge selection, but Satya, is a strong 2nd, they just don't have as large a catalog. They both have strong, room filling smells which can help you relax and meditiate.This incense smells like burning paper. I actually tried two different cones of different "scents", thinking that maybe something was wrong with the first, and then I left the room and went outside to clear my nose. My office, and by extension I, reeked of the smell you get when you use newspaper to start a fireplace or campfire. I am not sure where they get their incense, from. but it is appalling.Unfortunately I purchased this as a set, and therefore am going to return it. The problem is that my reseller does not carry backflow cones. That was a mistake. As to the other uses, when I tried to burn standard sticks of Temple Incense with it, which it claims to hold, the ash ended up on my desk. It only seems to work with those short sticks they send, although I didn't try them.I will find a nice backflow burner based on it's own merits and my reseller is willing to special order the HEM incense backflow cones. I need to buy them by the case, but that is fine. At least I this caused me to resolve my supply issue.

This thing is awesome! I saw it on a FB ad and of course I search Amazon and read reviews and take a chance on this one. I chose this one bc the reviews were good plus it's the only one I found you get a bunch of stuff included. I love it's different setup options but I haven't tried anything other than the river one yet. The incense smells have a small difference to them but they are incense and smell like incense so don't think you are getting something like a fruity candle smell. So if that's the smell you want then incense is not what you want. The river works great but little sensitive to breeze, a small breeze and the river has to restart which it's smoke essentially so that's to be expected. Each incense lasts about 10-15 minutes, of course if you are in a room with breeze it will be closer to 10 minutes. It's like a waterfall without the hassle and cleaning of water. Plus my 12 year old daughter loves it, I had to limit her to 2 incense a day lol

I purchased a Backflow Incense Burner from SOLEJAZZ through Amazon.The price was great compared to all the items included in this order.Everything described was in my package and it was delivered on the exact day specified when placing the order (even though I thought there might be a delay due to Covid).Even Though the waterfall is the feature I wanted the most, the fact that this item provides 5 different usages made it worth so much more.The size is perfect, it is easy to clean and 2 people can use it at the same time (if you seperate the waterfall from the leave).The different fragrances are amazing and the burning time is great for a yoga or meditation session.I used it every other day.

I was so excited when my package arrived, everything was included which made me very happy; because lots of people had reviews that stated they did not get everything included in the purchase.I had taken a screenshot of the scents included which were color-coded into each category, so the first thing I did was separated them and put them into each individual Ziploc bags.... Doing my best to match the color listed on the picture of the scents... unfortunately they all smelled the same because they were all clumped in the same bag together. And the colors were off... so I had to guess on a few. Anyhow as I lit my first cone... which was Green... not sure if it was supposed to be the Apple scent or Green Tea, but it smelled more like a Mesquite Charcoal!!! The smoke flowed beautifully... I must say I enjoyed watching it very much. It only lasted maybe Ten minutes... I lit a Lavender cone next... same smell. That is NOT COOL!! I went to my local incense shop to buy some different fragrances because I cannot Use these... at all! To my dismay they did not have holes at the bottom, and I had to return them... I did not know that I had to specifically request “Backflow” incense... and they were out of stock. So I can’t use my Burner for the time being... if not for the horrible smell I’d have given a 5 star review all across!

The plate for the bottom came broken. Other than that it’s alright, but disappointing.
