Heavy and Long
The alignment tool used to hammer in the gimbal bearing is long and heavy making it more difficult to keep the bearing properly aligned while inserting it.The bearing insertion tool is too small in diameter and barely covers the outer race of the bearing.When using this kit considerable extra care is need to insert the gimbal bearing straight into its seat.

This is properly machined to fit through gimbal bearing
I had purchased another one of these from a different seller and it was not machined properly to fit through the gimbal bearing. This one fits perfectly. I have a Volvo Penta SX-M.
