You can never have too many options when changing spark plugs on newer cars with tight engine bays. This tool allows my to easily remove plugs on the firewall side of engines that have very little space.

Although this one particular tool was a little bit small so the other one that I bought work better but it's still a very nice too and I will add it to my collection

Seemed like it was a good tool but overpriced in my opinion. You put a magnetic in it and it's $10 more than the others? I would probably just opt for the non-magnet one next time and just use a $1 magnetic reach tool to retrieve the spark plugs.

Pulling the one spark plug that wouldn't come out of the dreaded Ford 5.4 Triton 3 valve engine I had to do a little grinding on the tool end for maximum grip/coverage. Of course it's the plug furthest under the windshield passenger side. A three foot breaker bar, penetrating fluid and a hot engine did the trick. The engine has 240,000 miles on it so I may not have to change spark plugs again.

Does not work for Ford spark plugs

I love oem tools I got a lot of there axle sockets and I was looking for a good park plug socket and I saw this one and man it’s awesome it’s a 14mm socket and I use it a lot for tune up on air of these new cars because they come with a small spark plug and it works great no struggling to remove the plugs easy removal so try it out not going to hurt

It worked good for about 3 plugs then the magnet came loose sticking to the plug that was still stuck in the engineHad to retrieve the magnet to be able to use the extractor toolLooked like the magnet was stuck on with blue RTV silicone

It’s exactly what I needed as it is a small narrow area to work with and this socket fits the bill!👍
