These are great sights to off set the total black sights on some of the builds.. These work but do not expect any real "glow" from them. They must be "charged" with light to get any glow.. and the "charge" doesnt last any real useful time. I wanted them more for daytime use than night time but had hoped that they woudl actually give a little glow. However all of that said im happy with them over all just not exactly what I had expected.

Gunsmith put them on. The rear sight is held in place by a hex screw. Will need to see if it stays in place. Sights don’t glow very long, even after holding a bright flashlight on them for several minutes.

There not trijicon, it's glow in the dark,. Has to be exposed to a light source. Installs just like any other sight. I wanted a cheap set of sights and it's what I got. The front sight does not glow as bright as the rear. I'm happy with them

Awesome build quality for the price as well as ease of installation.I am very happy with these sights.looks great when charged under light,Works well coming from outside to inside a low lit building, sights will glow right up, They're bright at night and it makes a world of difference from stock sights. Installation was easy ,the front sight focus practice is much easier as is target acquisition and transition. Shipped fast and arrived undamaged. I have only had them a week so if anything changes I will definitely update, for now it's a definite recommended purchase.

I got these as a gift for my husband,Fitment was very good, was easy to get both front and rear sight in. Good upgrade from the factory plastic sights being these are metal. The 3 dot sight picture was nice and these actually glowed very bright in the dark, especially if in sunlight for a bit or you hit the sights with a flashlight for a few seconds. Metal housing and not plastic. They appear durable. Well worth the price. Will definitely buy this brand again for the awesome value.

Pain in the ass to install but you can look on YouTube how to install.

Especially if your p80 has a reflex slide.... work great, shoot great
