Learn from my mistake
I’m hoping this post will help someone avoid the mistake I made. Before purchasing this cap, I simply drape my plug over the jack and use a cover that fit over the entire jack that had a cinch cord. No issues at all. I saw this cap and said..why not? Maybe it will keep bugs out. Not that I had a problem with rain, bugs, etc. This was just another preventative measure. I received my order, put the cap on just fine without doing any adjustments. Well the day before a scheduled trip, I “prepped” the trailer and took off the tire covers, the jack cover, etc but it rained that night and my cord was still draped over the jack. Needless to say, water accumulated in the cap. The outcome was much worse than the pics. I actually cleaned a lot of the blue residue off before I realized that I need to show people what could possibly happen. There was quite a bit of water inside the cord also. I recommend you either use this cap with a jack cover or ensure you store your cord so that the flat surface of the cap is always facing up so water doesn’t drip inside.

Not of much value
Two things here; first, it leaks. Photo shows the ice buildup on my plug that this cap did not keep out.Second, why not include a lanyard to attach the cap to the cable so it doesn't get lost?I ended up just sticking the plug up into the trailer jack cover as before. It occasionally falls out and is a bit of a pain to do this, which is why I bought this product in the first place but it failed.

It's a TIGHT fit for sure.
It definitely fits tight. My only problem is that every time I put it on and then take it off I find little bits of blue plastic on my plug. It has to be from putting it on that my plug actually shaves off little pieces because of how tight it is. I actually have to use a little bit of force to get it on. My trailer is brand spanking new so it's not like the plug is deformed or anything wrong with it. I had only used the trailer once before buying this, and I guess I shouldn't even say "used it" I hooked it up to bring it home. I picked it up from the manufacturer so it had 0 miles on it. I don't believe that it is water tight but it's definitely better than nothing. Besides that I tuck it up inside the tongue so there's very little water that could get to it anyway.Update : It broke for no reason whatsoever. I'm still trying to figure out why. It wasn't hit/dropped or anything. The very end of it cracked in a circular pattern. Almost as if it was shoved on by a giant or something. The only thing that I can think of is that it fits so tight that the Michigan weather killed it. I used to find small blue shavings on the end of my plug every time I would remove this so I could hook up the plug into my Tahoe. So I guess that because it fit so tightly and going through the extreme cold and heat here in Michigan that it must have cracked because the plug probably cooled and heated at different levels from the cap. It's very unfortunate because I really did like the cover and how snug it fit.

A Little Pricey for a piece of Plastic!
This is a must have for 7 Pin RV Plugs.Although it is a BIT Pricey, it does the job to fit snuggly over the plug end, whe not in use.Unfortunately, the Manufacturer needs to include a Nylon String to help secure the plug to the Cord, so it doesn't get lost.

Plan on moisture...
This cap either allows water to leak in under the cap (and into connector) or allows condensation to form under the cap (what I suspect). In use, our trailer connector was always wet. We've moved to a soft, weather-proof cover that keeps the connector dry.

Great Service
I wrote a review that the company and their service was wonderful, but unfortunately the product did not fit our Airstream Plug and after attempted modifications it cracked. Today when we got home from a trip I found a new replacement in our mail delivery. It has a better look and more important when we took it over to the trailer it fit perfect. The replacement cap must have been the new improved model. Thank you team GR for the Christmas present.

Too tight to fit, but gaps to allow water in
This is made of hard plastic, a usable model would be made of an elastic material such as rubber or silicone. This is almost impossible to get on and off--I have to bang it on the tongue to get it on and then bang it off. Yet I can see gaps where it doesn't fit tightly.

Happy with the purchase!
Just like another review stated, I put some dielectric grease on the inside of the cover, and it fit perfectly tight. I have it leaning on its side and will update the review if I have found any water collecting inside. The material quality feels great, and it fit my plug like a glove. Even before the grease, I feel like it may have been water tight.
