I am Hassan the creator of the brand Fatima's Garden and producer of Argan oil and prickly pear seed oil in Agadir / Morocco where are the women's cooperatives who harvest the fruits to press them.
If the bottles stay closed all of the time where it is not used. and out of sun rays and heat, the oil will stay good for 2 years after the production date. No matter when you it is first opened.

What month and year was the current batch of prickly pear seed oil manufactured?

To answer your question, every batch is manufactured two years before the expiry date, meaning that if the expiry date is for example 07/2022, it means that was produced and packed in 07/2020.

It says 100% prickly pear oil but in parentheses lists fig products.  is fig oil in this?  prickly pear seed oil (barbary fig oil, indian fig oil)

Rest reassured , the product is 100% prickly pear seed oil. We mention the fig oil and indian oil because these are other common names of this oil in india and other parts of the world. So we want to allow people to find this oil using the name that you usually use for this oil. but the ingredient list only mention one ingredient : certified organic prickly pear seed oil.

to answer your question , the latest batch of 3.4 fl oz bottles we sent to the amazon warehouses are produced in June 2019, and will expire on June 2021. 
The ecocert Logo is clearly printed on the label along with the mandatory inscription : "Certified Organic by ECOCERT SA" ,
