I am very happy with the purchaseI bought 4 of them with 3 gangs each 1 month ago, the look is very beautiful, the quality is good, the feel of the buttons is very smooth, but what I like the most is the automation that gives you the ability to create 3 ways, 4 ways, different scenographies to illuminate different sections of the house with the phone application and also to be able to turn the lights on and off when you are not at home.However, the installation instructions are not clear enough with some issues you may have, being them the reason for the bad reviews here on Amazon.I've faced 2 so far1) Not being able to make the switch work: The instructions and most of the tutorials you find on the internet are for switches with a single gang, but for two or three gangs there is a fundamental step that is skipped, the capacitor must be in the circuit connected to line 1, any other line will not turn on the switch.2) After 1 or 2 days of use and intermittently, the buttons of one of the switches started flashing and stopped responding, also the lights were flashing. So I checked the installation of that switch again to find out 2 things:a) Line 1 wires were a series circuit that turned on multiple bulbs in 2 different sections of the house and the capacitor was located on the bulb furthest from the switch.b) One of the capacitor cables was not properly connected.So I moved the capacitor to the bulb closest to the switch and made sure both sides of the capacitor were properly seated.Now I have few weeks since installation with no problem, hope this saves someone headaches.

It was easy to install and the app found it right away.No problems at all even when there were some power outages... it keeps all the settings and reconnects to the wifi itself. Works well with the app.Made a couple of scenes with Alexa and works flawlessly.

I wasted $500 on buying 30 of these switches for all the light switches in my house. The install instructions were very confusing, once I finally got them installed, the lights flickered constantly, I thought I was having a seizure. Some of them would also go off and on by themselves including in the middle of the night and waking me up. I tried to get customer support, but was not given any helpful solutions or fixes. I’ve wasted countless hours on these and know have to uninstall them all and replace with what was there before. They are a good idea, but the quality and execution was horrible. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Oddly, I have one switch box which has a neutral wire and I installed a smart dimmer. In the same bathroom, another switch box had no neutral wire so I sought out this smart switch. Installation was as easy as possible. The switch itself is pretty nice with a glass faceplate which is even capacitive touch. Apparently, in my case, the additional capacitor was not needed at all.My only gripe is that a smart switch like this with such a sleek, cool look could at least have been illuminated when switched off so that it can be found easily in the dark. Oddly, the center circle is lit when the light is in the "ON" position.UPDATE -My mistake. The center circle can be toggled to illuminate while ON or while OFF via the Smart Life App.As such, this is perfect for anyone that needs a smart switch where no neutral wire is available. I changed my rating to 5 stars.

Need guidance on flickering light, flickering on each switch and screw that does not want to go in.

The product is great and easy to install. Had an issue with the glass panel, it broke but these guys replaced it for a new one for both switches even I just needed only one. Thank you so much!

Comes with full instructions. As long as you are comfortable with home electrical work, it shouldn't be an issue.

Mejoraron algunas cosas de la versión anterior: Ya no hace ruido, el capacitor es de mejor calidad, el botón de encendido es silencioso. Lo que sigue costando trabajo es que lo identifique la app. Con Smarte life nunca lo pude instalar, pero con Tuya si se pudo. Funciona bien con Alexa
