This trimmers was above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of quality and performance. I've tried some of the less expensive trimmers but was unhappy with their inability to cut a clean edge in the card stock I was using, or with their flimsy design. The Dahle trimmer has heft to it and even after making thousands, if not tens of thousands of cuts, it still cuts as though it was brand new.

Je l’ai choisie pour découper des photos ou du papier d’aquarelle, voire du papier ordinaire, tout en me sentant plus précis et rapide (pro, quoi) qu’avec des ciseaux ou un cutter (lequel un jour m’a coupé le bout d’un doigt, si, si !) Pour moi, elle est solide, parfaite dans cette taille A3. Ne songez pas à découper des liasses, ce n’est pas une cisaille.
