I don't know why I hadn't bought this before! Nothing sticks, everything cooks perfectly well AND it's a breeze to clean. Plus, it includes a thick and sturdy cover for the short handle to protect your fingers from the heat for when you have to turn the pan over. The long handle needs no heat protection because it remains cool all the time. I'd give this pan 10 ⭐️ if I could!

This thing is the real deal! It is very well made and cooks a great omelet!

This does making an omelet easy. The non-stick surface works great; never have to worry about anything sticking to it and cleans up super easily. The only thing I don't like about it is the way the two halves fold together. Any melted butter or other liquid in the pan will drip out through the two halves as you close them together. I know that's a minor complaint, but if the edge of one of the halves overlapped the other, this could possibly prevent this issue. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the design and functionality of this egg pan.

The teflon started to flake off my old pan and though it had a lifetime the company wouldn't pay shipping so it would cost almost as much as a new pan. I purchased this pan and I love it. The teflon coating was much slipperier than the old pan. That made me happy. It's interest that this pan cooks faster than the old one so I have to be careful.Overall, great purchase.

I'm too clumsy to fold over an omelet. I've had success placing egg in both sides with my additions only on the none flip side.

I recently had a friend visit and we travel a lot together. We always loved the lobster omeletts in Key West. I wanted to make an omelotte just like there. I bought this pan to replicate what we had eaten in the Keys. This pan did not disappoint. It heated evenly, flipped great and the finished product was delicious. I will never make an omlette without it!

My wife and I are not omelet/frittata experts, just middle-aged non-professional cooks handling the everyday cooking needs of two adults. Given the offer, we tried the TECHEF Free Frittata and Omelette Pan and are giving an honest review. We did a 6 egg frittata.Pros:- Sturdy construction and nice coloring.- The Teflon coating worked as expected.- The resulting omelet was satisfactory.Cons:- There were no instructions for novices like us who haven’t used any pan like this before. A brief video on the Amazon sales page demonstrating the basics would have been a big help.- The food stuck to the rivet heads inside the pan.- The small u-shaped handle is uninsulated and could be burn hazard.- When the folding lid was closed after what appeared to be a proper cooking period, uncooked egg leaked out onto the stove top.- We have a glass top stove, and the movement on the stove top removed some of the pan’s covering at medium heat. It was never at full heat. This may not be a problem on gas stoves or electric coils, but can’t say for sure.Overall, we don’t care for it and it seemed to be more hassle than it’s worth, even for free. Perhaps we just need a decent demonstration video to get it right.

I had one of these years ago and lost it in a move. Well made, I use it a few days a week, not just for omelets, but having a built in "lid" to cover "over easy" eggs is nice! Truly non-stick and clean up is easy.

The no-stick coating actually works. A little butter and you're good to go. You can easily flip the omelette back and forth till you get the right amount of brown on top and bottom, and for once I didn't end up with scrambled eggs.This really is as advertised. Brings breakfast up a level.

Preparo huevos, omelet, huevos estrellados volteados, atún fresco, se puede dar vuelta muy fácilmente sin tener que estar batallando con la pala, basta voltear el sartén. Al mantenerse tapado se cuece todo más rápido y mejor. La recomiendo mucho!

Commande reçue rapidement et très bien emballée. La poêle est pratique pour faire des omelettes parfaites ou des tortillas, et a répondu à mes attentes. Le revêtement est de bonne qualité. Les deux parties chauffent en même temps et cuisson rapide. Pour ma part, j’utilise une cuisinière au gaz. Il faut tout de même respecter les conseils d’entretien et ne pas utiliser des objets pouvant abîmer le revêtement.
