If this is actually from apc, why does it say "legal disclaimer: attention, this high grade rbc7 battery is manufactured by excess..."?

I have an XS 1300 model. is this the correct replacement?

Is this sold by apc? why is it $50 here but $80 on their site? (sku: apcrbc109) odd!?!

I promise you that this battery pack is *not* 240v as the amazon listing shows. it's 24v dc, 12v per cell. am i right, or what? :d
