Hello can this item be put in a refridgerator?

A working refrigerator wouldn't need a dehumidifier so I don't know how to answer the question. If the refrigerator is unplugged and not being used and you want to keep the door closed then yes it could be used for that situation.

Can i use it in a small fridge?

I don't know that a damp fridge is a good environment for something that will later be plugged in the wall to regenerate. How about a pan of baking soda to absorb odors and cut the humidity down?

Maybe small cars that don't have excessive humidity, although I can't say with any degree of certainty as I have not tried them out in a car. These seems to work best in small spaces. I have mine in cupboards in the Caribbean where we have a lot of humidity and they get full up pretty quickly and so need recharging every dew days.

I plugged it in my outlet like the directions say and after 24 hours it is still green. Is it spoilt?

Directions says 8-10 hours. But I leave mine plugged in all day and it is still green. I use this one and Liberty one. I find the Liberty one to work as advertised compared to this unit.
