The one I was given after arm lipo was cutting into my skin. This one is completely comfortable and I can fit it with no problem. I got a large.

This item came in broken as you can see from the picture. The bottom clasp is broken. Even if the product wasn’t broken, it digs in so much on the armpit area so it’s very uncomfortable. Shipping was 4 days later than expected to begin with and the seller wants me to contact the manufacturer to resolve this. I bought from Amazon for a reason and don’t want the hassle.
