A thin walled saucier
It has a gently curved bottom corner but very thin walled in a single layer construction and a cheap plastic handle. It screams cheap. I use it to just bring light liquid such as broth to a boil or to make instant noodle. The wall is too thin to have an even heat for delicate sauce. I have seen $10 sauce pot made in China that is more robustly build.The pot is so light that anyone can twist it into a pretzel. I bough it main for the spouts making it easy and neat to pour out the liquid without the need for a ladle. For a little more, I should have purchased an all-clad.
