Yes, there are indeed lots of apple cider vinegars to choose from out there, and I've tried a number of them myself. While I don't drink them straight like some health food folks might, I've used my fair share in recipes and occasionally as a tea additive or salad dressing acid where the flavor shines through a bit more brightly. This particular product ranks among the best I've ever used. Comes with the mother for added health benefits (it's the murky looking thing at the bottom of most unfiltered apple cider vinegars, provides nutrients), but most importantly, this flavor here is bright and complex. Some apple cider vinegars can be very one note, but this one has a bit more depth, and arguably is better used as a higher-end option for tasting purposes (i.e., rather than a recipe where the flavors will get muddled with others), similar to a high-end olive oil. As an additional plus, I used this during Passover as it is kosher for Passover, so a welcome benefit for those who need it once a year.

This is a top-rate Apple Cider Vinegar. I've been using Bragg for many years and found this brand not only comparable but, in many ways, superior. The taste, straight up, is rich and pure. I will often take a shot of apple cider vinegar when I have indigestion - the cure is fast and complete.I still make pork chops the way my grandma did with a dash of apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan and then pour over the meat. This is a delicious product - raw, unfiltered, and with the mother laying at the bottom of the bottle (be sure to shake before use).

Apple cider vinegar is good for so many things. Some people like to take a spoonful daily. I prefer to get mine in gummy form, but I do use ACV for recipes quite frequently. This De La Rosa 16.9oz - Raw & Unfiltered, with the "Mother" organic ACV is pungent, as expected. There's sediment at the bottom from "the mother" and the taste is potent. I particularly like the squared off bottle for easy storage. We've tried a few products from this brand and they've all been excellent quality. I highly recommend this apple cider vinegar for everyday use and it's nice that it's Kosher for Passover.

Great quality apple cider vinegar! Wonderful flavor but also very beautiful, you can tell it’s high quality. I use this mostly for baking but it can be used in all sorts of things like vinaigrette and marinades. Will definitely be getting this stuff again.
