The cartridges are not recognized by the printer. I called the manufacturer and was told that after printer firmware upgrade compatible cartridges may not work at all. Refund was immediately offered. So why are they even selling them and wasting our time?

What seems like a swinging deal on toner has turned into a waste. The Brother printer quits recognizing the cartridges — the little computer chip isn’t detected, so printer just stops printing and asks to re-insert the toner cartridges. When I called Brother, they said it’s the off-brand toner. When I replaced with Brother toner, it worked fine. This happened once before, but I had to take a risk a second time when the Brother brand was out of stock everywhere. This brand worked just long enough for the return window to expire, now these cartridges are a total waste. Again.

As you know buying OEM toner for laser printers is very expensive. I have used E-Z Link ink cartrdges before and never had a single problem. So when I bought a laser printer, I decided to try their toner. As with the ink jet cartrdges their prices are a fraction of OEM prices. I have found no detriment to print quality over using OEM. Toner Quality and print quality are as good as OEM. Try them and I feel you will never buy anywhere else. I use in a Brother 3290 Color Laser printer. Bought all 4 color cartridges from them.

Very poor printing quality, color is not printing correctly, fades and not vivid at all. Also prints random blue spots.

UPDATE: I contacted the company and, after a couple of email exchanges, they offered me a full refund or replacement. I opted for replacement since I just needed to get my printer working again and I have not had this problem with them in the past. I got it in 3 days, installed the new toners and it immediately worked! I will say this replacement they sent me looked very different from the one they originally sent me. They were in different packaging and the bodies were made differently, so either this version works better or I just got a bad chip or something with that last cartridge. Either way, my problem was quickly resolved by them and, despite the issues, the great customer service is enough for me to stay a customer and recommend them bc good service is hard to come by these days!Original Post:I used the magenta cartridge without problem, but the yellow and cyan will not read in my printer. My printer keeps saying "No Toner" and showing them with x's on my apps. I've tried every troubleshooting technique from both Brother and this toner company, and nothing works. I basically paid for this entire box and only have 1 working toner.Super frustrating bc as anyone with a Brother printer like mine knows, you CANNOT use your printer for ANYTHING (print/copy/scan) when ANY issues with toner arise...it completely blocks all functioning. It really screwed over some projects and school assignments I've needed to do.If EZ-Ink does not resolve this issue by replacing the order, I would definitely say my final verdict is go with another company for your toner.

Packaging presentation was very professional and nice. The cartridges are secured within a thick box with custom molded styrofoam to ensure the toner cartridges are not damaged in transit. Each cartridge is also individually shrink wrapped so if you do not want to use them all at the same time, you don't have to worry about them drying out! I am unable to speak to the print quality of these cartridges but I have used this brand of ink in the past and would have no concerns using and recommending these. Their customer service is also fantastic! Plus...you just can't beat the price. You can save hundreds using these over name brands!

This is my second time purchasing an E-Z link Toner Cartridge, the first was all black and this time is colored and it never disappoint me. The difference of print from original are un-noticeable specially when you are just printing texts and some images. I haven't try printing with Photo yet but I think I will not try it cause I know I won't get a print/result that I want since my printer is not a Photo printer to begin with. The manual included in the package was helpful and the cartridge is easy to install. I never had issue installing their Toner Cartridges to my MFC-L3770CDW. Will definitely buy again when I run out of toners.

I have only installed the black toner, but ordered the full set because of toner level settings showing on my printer that indicate colors may be needed soon. Upon installing this new black toner, the erroneous waste toner message (suggesting that box needed replacement soon, in spite of too few prints having been made to make that anywhere near necessary) disappeared. I don't know if the new black toner somehow corrected that or what, but I'm pleased. I understand an erroneous waste toner message is common to this printer model and hadn't found a solution to correct that, but if fiddling with toner cartridge insertions fixes it, that'll be the next thing I'll try if it shows up again too soon. Print quality seems at least as good (if not better) as OEM Brother toner prints that came with toner supplied with my new machine. I have had absolutely no print issues with this new toner and will buy it again when I'm out.

Les cartouches ont fonctionné pour un certain temps sur une imprimante Brother qui n'a pas encore un an. Soudainement, impossible d'imprimer car l'imprimante me disait de remplacer la cartouche noir qui était apparemment vide, alors que seulement 1/3 avait été réellement utilisé. Nous avons désassembler et rassembler les cartouches plusieurs fois, ré-initialisé l'imprimante, mais en vain. Je vais retourner les cartouches.

Read the reviews so I was hesitant however I didn't have $400 for the brother brand. Took the chance and these were easy to install and work perfect 👌 I will buy again when needed!

We purchased these for a Brother MFC L3750, which was listed as compatible. They took weeks to arrive. Now that the OEM has run out we've tried these cartridges and they are not compatible with the printer, which is clear false advertising. The seller won't take a return because they count the return time from when the order was placed, ignoring that they took weeks to arrive.

These cartridges do not work with brother printer.
