It's so much better than the uncoated aluminum beater.
It's so much better than the uncoated aluminum beater. No more gray stains on tea towels when drying them. Can't stand the feel of the aluminum beater. No problem like that with the replacement coated one.

Identical to name brand.
My kitchen aid beater was running in such a way that the coating was coming off. It was so expensive to replace with kitchenaid brand so I gave this one a shot. They are basically identical . Highly recommend.

Replacement for the original
The original beater that came with my KitchenAid mixer developed a chip, so I decided to replace it. Frankly, with the exception of the "chip" I cannot tell the difference between the two beaters.

Perfect replacement
It was the strangest thing when my old beater would no longer attach to mixer. Could not understand why. This one fits and works same as original.

I would say be sure you have the right size.
Trying to find what size mixer I have is impossible. Spent better part of an hour trying to find out my Qt. size. Model and serial number didn't match anything I could find. My hubby will try to see if there are any more numbers somewhere on this mixer. Unfortunately, I will need to return this. No sweets coming out of my kitchen for awhile.

Good flat beater
This is a great beater. Most people who states that this beater peals off is because they need to twitch the higher of those or mixer’s head. The beater should not touch the bowl at all. There is a dime test I highly recommend to do - tutorials in YouTube.
