Product delivered 10 days late, not even seal packed, return window closed even before the product was delivered. Neither the product worked nor the quality was good to use.. Pure waste of money.. I request a return and refund of my hard earned money.

長年、寝る時の鼻詰まりで悩んでいました。口をテープで閉じても苦しくて寝れず。あれこれ試した鼻の穴を拡張する系統は息苦しくて全滅。ブリーズライトが良かったのですが毎晩の使用で肌荒れに。これなら鼻の穴の奥を開くからいいのでは！と思い購入しましたが、予想的中でした。 とにかく奥の細いところをぐっと開いて呼吸が楽になります。これとテープを組み合わせたらほぼ鼻呼吸にできるようになりました。 寝ていてとれることも私はほぼないです。まぁ、たまにはありますけど。 最初は慣れなくて先を少し切って調整したときもあります。気になる方はやってみてもいいかと。 洗うのも簡単です。

I've been using these for years and I think they work great. A lot of folks have mentioned that they're both uncomfortable and that they do not stay in your nose. I'm a side sleeper, and for the most part they stay in my nose with no issues. If you are a stomach sleeper or if you're using these while you're running, biking etc, I would use a small piece of tape to hold it in place. Take a thin strip of a medical tape and tape it to the bridge of the device leaving about an inch on each side hanging over. Once the device is in your nose, take those extra pieces of tape and tape it to the sides of your nose. This is what I do when I use it to run with it. As for the discomfort, the piece that inserts your nose has three raised disks that I think are designed to grip your nose. Sometimes they're a little sharp and will irritate your nose. The only one that irritates my nose is the lowest disk on the bottom of the part that inserts into your nose. I usually take an Xacto Knife and cut that piece off. Then I take some ultrafine wet/dry sandpaper 1500 grit and sand it down. That seems to eliminate any irritation.
