Amazing product
Overall it is an amazing product, but if you are looking for a laptop for comsol multiphysics software than don't go for it because the comsol multiphysics 5.5 version does not support Intel Xe Iris graphic card. It's better to go for Nvidia dedicated graphic card-built laptop.

It's good to use for regular work
Using it since 3 weeks.Processor is good, ssd performance is good. Anti glare screen is ok. It is lightweight so can carry easily.Laptop ventilation is very poor, it becomes heat machine while doing heavy operations and heat feels on keyboard.Battery backup mentioned as 10 hours but as per my experience it is around 5 to 5.5 hours only

Great buy, go for it!
Fantastic experience with this laptop so far.Pros:1. Fast boot time and highly responsive2. Good battery life3. Good resolution and video quality for video conferencing4. Premium looks with Dune finish5. Decently loud and clear output from speakers6. Super service of next day delivery from Amazon while Dell declined to ship it in trying to buy from their site directly (stating Vostro series is not available for sale for personal usage and that GST # is mandatory for buying it 🙂)Cons:1. On the heavier side2. May be a 13.3" laptop with similar specs will be a better bet if you need to be on the move3. Found the Amazon price to be 4-5% higher than on Dell website (but what the heck if one can't buy this directly from Dell for personal usage)

Good Laptop with Decent Pricing
1:- Ordered the product today at 10am & got it delivered at 6pm...set up took few 25-30 mins....Core i5 11th gen with 2.4GHz processor seems nice & fast. 8GB RAM also seems kool....looks nice as well....web cam is average....available memory is 473GB our off 512GB in the SSD....look wise also not that great. But overall a good Laptop with latest tech at decent pricing.2:- After using for more than 2yrs now, my trust has increased in DELL. I use it almost daily basis & memory is half empty and it takes just 30secs for it to start while it has been shut down. Extended warranty is a must. Glad I've switched to DELL..

warranty and usage
no warranty card given. Not even for one one year! And after using it for 1 month the screen goes white in between . Not sure if it would last long

Dell makes you happy
Bought for nephew , she is very happy and survived the need on time and delivery also so prompt during this covid situation as well.The important thing in this laptop it comes with 3 yr warranty and it support Linux OS which is more useful for the Engineering graduates for education purpose , so most of them wont check that ..after buying when it is not compatible there is no use expect to play songs and watch movies and etc....SO, I would recommend for the ppl who are engineering graduate with CS background to opt for this model! and also call Dell and buy the additional warranty if needed!
