Mirror stinks!
If you're buying this for the mirror, don't waste your money! It's not even a real mirror! More like something with a metalic coating on the back. I pealed the protective plasic off the fake mirror and it had marks all over it making it impossible to get a clear reflection! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the metal tools are of good quality, but the fake plastic mirror is trash! Really disappointing!

Helps remove debris stuck between teeth, and deal with tartar/plaque
The media could not be loaded. These stainless steel dental picks are well-made. The ridged areas of the picks help give me a secure grip. Before I use any of the picks, I sterilize them as follows:a) I boil water, then place the picks in them for 10+ minutes.b) Then, I lay them on a clean plate to cool.c) Once the picks have cooled enough for me to handle, I choose a pick to take care of my teeth/gums.I use the dental pick with the sharp hook at the end to remove stubborn food debris stuck between my teeth that my toothpick cannot remove.I use the dental pick with an end that reminds me of a chisel to pick away at the plaque/tartar.The dental mirror gives me a good view of the inside of my mouth, so I know what parts need to be worked on.I breathed on the mirror, and it did not fog up. The light is bright.note: the product description page makes no mention of what to do if the light doesn't work. There was no user guide included with this kit when I opened the package containing these picks and mirror.Overall, I find this oral care kit to be useful in helping me take care of my gums and teeth at home in between the times I see my dentist.

They do the job
I found this dental set came with four cleaning toolsand a anti fog mirror with a light so I can seebehind my teeth and clean them too.I liked that the mirror really does not fog. Its the firstI have found that does not. I found the mirrorto be plastic. I had to removed the plastic paperin the back to start the light. That keep thebattery from being turned on during shipping. Also I removed the plastic on the mirror itself.I found all tools were in good shape and sharpenough to do the scraping of my teeth.I liked that that the tools were all metaland had no plastic in the middle like somedo. I found the very sharp tip’s covered in hardplastic for protection. It came in a cute little card board tubeand has a little carrying bag to keep thetools inside so they don’t get lost.I drink coffee and my teeth get stain’sand these really help’s with getting thestains off and the tartar. It takes a little practice to get it rightand I found these tools to work the waythey are supposed too.I am using these for my self but I see noreason you couldn’t use them on an animalif you need too.I liked that I can get under my gum line.I have enclosed pictures so you can make ainformed decision based on your own personalneeds.Yes I would recommend this product.

Mostly great but one looks corroded...
I really like this set with one caveat. One of the picks appears to already have a bit of corrosion on it before I even was able to use it. The rest look great and I do use the others. They are perfect for removing tartar. I was able to save a lot of time at my most recent dentist visit since they only had to do minimal scraping. I was actually amazed at how such a simple tool is so effective in removing tartar buildup. They do feel quite durable and have a bit of heft to them. I do like the crosshatch grid design which provides a decent grip. Overall, I like them a lot, minus the one that is corroding already. I will update this review if the remaining picks begin to show signs of corrosion but for now I'm giving the set 3 stars.

3.5 stars- does the job
This looks like a basic dental hygiene tool set. It arrived with 4 metal tools (both ends on each has different type of tool). Also, this package has a dental mirror with a light on it.I used some of the tools for basic dental cleaning. Some tools are sharp so make sure you take proper care while using these tools and also properly clean these prior to each use.Overall a basic tool set that has good build quality.

Sharp tools, mirror handle is flexible 🦷
This is a nice set of dental tools to keep at home. These are great for keeping an eye on problem areas in between dental visits. Sometimes I feel like I get food stuck in awkward places, and these tools and mirror help me to find the exact spot. The tools are super sharp and feel sturdy. They come in a drawstring bag inside a cardboard tube, which I recommend saving to store the tools. Less chance of reaching in a drawer or cabinet and accidentally scraping yourself on the tools. The mirror works well and has a handy, very bright light on the handle. The handle itself flexes more than I'd like, so I would be careful about not snapping this.Overall, this is a useful set to have at home to keep teeth clean.

Good Quality Sharp Instruments For Tartar Removal In Between Dental Visits
If it's been a while since you've been to the dentist due to the pandemic or you're just in between visits and want to scrape a bit of tartar off your teeth, this is a good set to order that will get the job done. I'm not sure what all the different tips are for and don't plan to use more than just the standard one(s) that the dentist uses to probe and scrape stuff off the the back of the front teeth. For scraping the hot spots (like behind the front teeth) where tartar tends to build up, these work just fine. I'm not sure if they are professional quality but they do feel pretty solid and rigid. The mirror is the flimsiest thing in the collection but as long as you don't chew on it, it should last a while. It has a little well placed light on it that will help you better see whatever you are cleaning in your mouth.I'm not sure if I'd try to use these on a dog unless it was very well behaved. They are sharp enough to do some serious damage to a dogs mouth if the pooch wasn't cooperative while his or her mouth was being cleaned.
