Honestly we got this for our kids this past Christmas and we decided to “test it out” for our kids and it’s wonderful for all ages! Especially if you have a big back yard! My kids have never been so entertained

I have an energetic kiddo and a big sloping yard with trees, so this is just about tailor made for me. I put it up by myself in about an hour, using a little help from a ratchet strap. The kit is reasonably good quality, except for the plastic seat. The fittings and wire appear to be all galvanized or stainless, and the directions are surprisingly good. i used a length of chain to move the bottom farther away from the tree, but other than that I used only what came in the box.Likes:- Good quality metal parts- Good instructions.- Kids love this thing.Dislikes:- Cable end was fraying and wrapped in electrical tape, which is not at all adequate. This made it impossible to get the cable through the tree protective tubing, I trimmed the frayed bits off and soldered the end to keep it together. Much easier.- Plastic seat is annoying. It's on a way too long piece of rope, it's unstable for smaller kids who want to hold the rope instead of the overhead handles. I tied a bunch of knots in the rope to shorten it and give better hand holds.Let me share my one person install method. I followed the directions until I got to the point of looping the wire around the upper tree and securing it with the U clamps. At that point I:1. Attached a U clamp about a foot short from where I'd ultimately want it.2. Secured the long end of a ratchet strap by looping it around the wire so that it caught on the U clamp.3. Looped the ratchet strap around the tree and back to the hook on the other end.4. Connected the ends of the ratchet strap , started ratcheting.5. This pulled the wire taut, and let me easily loop the end of the wire around the tree and connect the two other U clamps without having any tension on that section of the wire.6. Then with the wire set up other than the final U clamp I let the tension out of the ratchet strap, moved the last U clamp, and was done.

I bought this for my siblings to use in the backyard and boy do they love using the zipline! It was super easy for my dad to assemble on his own. I even use it from time to time and it’s super sturdy.

This is absolutely our kid's favorite toy outside. They are always on it now. It was pretty easy to install too my husband did it with a little help from myself.

Had a problem with the line but they took care of it immediately. It is hard to get it tight enough I suggest getting another turn buckle. Other than that the kids love it I may need to get another one

This swing was bought may of 2022 and has already fallen apart. There is no way I can find to contact seller. Very disappointing. My kids loved this.

Overall this zipline is fun, but there is one safety concern that's not as obvious as the typical safety issues associated with ziplines. The rubber grips that go on the handles can easily slip off & need to be attached to the metal handles with adhesive. These grips slipped off during a ride causing a teenager to fall & break her foot. Be careful & make sure those grips are secure!
