Good but takes ages to set if you don't use it thinly
Solid, easily workable / sandable. A thin layer repairs shallow dents and scratches and sets quickly Ok. But if you apply it to more than about 6mm deep then you can add a couple of days more per mm (yes, I'm not joking).

Be patient with it
After paying stupid money for terrible work by a local plasterer, I decided to buy this and do the jobs myself.I'm a first-timer, this stuff made it easy. After all, I don't need perfect - just good enough. It's an aerated gel, rather than a traditional filler. It doesn't stick to itself until dry, so you can't push blobs of it into holes. It has to be spread on in layers. Fresh on, the layers are quite volatile, and likely to fall off each other. So if you're needing to fill deep spaces it's better to let the filler dry for a few days before putting the next layer on.I have a few trowels/spreaders, but I ended up just using a credit card and an old wooden Veet wax applicator. Worked great.Applying the top layer with a damp sponge gives a lovely smooth finish (in my case, an old make-up sponge), but this stuff sands down very quickly and smoothly anyway. The filler is amazingly forgiving and easy to clean up. You can just rinse the tools in warm water and the gel breaks down into nothing. Any that drops on the floor whilst you're spreading it (and you will drop some until you get used to the way it handles) just goes to little ball shapes that don't stick to anything - you can just sweep them up after with no residue left on the floor. From a professional point of view, this filler may be useless and the final result shoddy. But frankly, it's perfect for me. I'm painting and papering over the areas anyway. Plus, it doesn't charge me £90 then not turn up.
