Q: How to clean the garlic press rocker?

It's very easy to clean... After using the press Rocker.. First you must extract the garlic remains with the little green brush... Once all the holes are empty and there's no garlic.. You ça ln go ahead and wash it with the usual soap detergent.

Q: I love the garlic mincer. Is there anyone know how to use the green peeler?

Cut off both ends of a garlic clove and put it inside of the green sleeve. Roll back and forth until the skin pops off.

Q: How does the peeler work?

The peeler works really good. Maybe the best part of the package. You can put several cloves in it and loosen skins for them all at once. The rocker works well also, but you have to clear some of the garlic out of the holes with the provided tools. I would definitely recommend and purchase this entire set again.
