Nice product. Pretty colors. Glass but not exactly stained glass. All pieces about 1in. square. Textured on one side to help adhere to thin set. As a bonus, these pieces come presorted as pictured in my review.

To save money, I decided to try buying my tiles in bulk. This is by far the best deal I've found on Amazon, and the tiles are high quality. They're separated in bags by color family. Some of the colors I wouldn't have picked myself, but I'm glad to have them on hand (and it's pushed me creatively to have so many options.) The tiles are large, high-quality, and easy to snip. However, I've done several larger pieces without snipping the tiles at all. Would definitely purchase again.

I have bought my mosaic tiles from Hobby Lobby in the past, but now that we're in quarantine and I wanted to begin a new mosaic project, I went searching for other vendors. I ended up settling on the 3lb mix and was a bit nervous about the variety that would be included, since other reviewers hadn't all been pleased. I got the package today and weighed the bag on my kitchen scales and got 2.5lb as a readout. That is why I've given the product a 4 star instead of the full 5. And it could be that my kitchen scales are off, but the bag they were in was chock full so they didn't have space for the remaining 8oz. I am VERY HAPPY with the variety included - so many more shades than I've seen available at Hobby Lobby. The package was shipped promptly and arrived in great condition. A couple of broken tiles, but that's not a problem since I plan to break them anyway.

I selected this purchase after reading through reviews of several like products. I was super excited that they were a prime product and received quickly. But was very disappointed when I opened the box to a ripped bag and broken tiles in bottom of box. After seeing the condition of tiles I just set to the side and went to craft store and bought what I wanted. All nice and pre sorted by color as I was expecting.

I recently took a beginner mosaic class, and enjoyed it enough to want to start doing it on my own. These tiles were just what was used in the class as far as size and thickness, (and as described by manufacturer). The bag provided a nice assortment of colors to get started. I was pleased with the amount of tiles you get for the money.

They are clearly made for back splashes. I searched for mosaic tiles for crafting. I have used tile knippers many times. These tiles shatter easily and can only be broken in straight lines. It you try to cut them in a diagonal manner they shatter. Not a good spend if you are a mosaic crafter.

I paid for three pounds and this is all I received. A one pound bag. Not happy.

Beautiful colors, nice quality on the individual tiles. The packaging can be a little better, however the company stands behind their product and has great customer service. I will be buying my small tiles from them again.
