I have been so worried about this project because finding the correct specs for pool equipment parts online has been tricky, for me anyway.I purchased this part to replace a Pentair valve top, labeled “27-2101 Rev K” and have been worried the replacement wouldn’t fit correctly. Well, I just finished installing the new part and it fit perfectly. I also replaced the gasket (prepare to spend an hour or two scraping out the old gasket) and replaced all the nuts and bolts. It looks like my leaky valve days are over.I’m very pleased with the service on this order, my package arrived EARLY, which was a surprise.If you are trying to replace three “27-2101 rev K” valve top - this is the one. You will be relieved.

Purchased this part July 2022. Here we are in February of 23 and find that my pool will not stay primed. Closer investigation, I can hear air seeping around the handle area causing my problem with not keeping its prime... Clearly not going to purchase a new one every 6 months, when my original lasted 6+ years. Not even going to take the chance on rebuilding it.

Actually came early, and the week before Christmas! Quality part. Easy enough to install. I lined it up but must have slipped. No harm because I hadn't tightened it down. Just double check that the arrows on the edges are lined up before dropping the eight bolts into the holes.

It was a prefect match, easy to install. Works perfect. The completely assembled valve replacement is the way to go. I gave it a 4 stars because it did not come with the "hardware" as it stated but I used the old screws.

Old unit was tired and just replacing the spider gasket wasn't any easier so I opted to replace the entire top assembly. Now it turns like new. Getting the old spider gasket out may be a chore if the previous pool guy glued it in place. Take your time. Use liberal amounts of lube on install and do not over tighten. Now you can actually read to label!

The one I replaced was tilted on the inside and was not functioning properly. Dirty water was being sent back into the pool. Now the pool is as clean as it was when it was new.
